Breeders Cup 2010 – Race Schedule & Dates

The Breeders’ Cup will be held at Churchill Downs on 5th-6th November, 7th time in 2010 which is more than at any other track. The Breeders’ Cup is having a total of 14 races like last year spread over two days of racing with $25.5 million in purse money on the line.

On November 5th, there will be six races with the Marathon first then all the distaff divisions, headlined by the Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Ladies Classic (formerly the Breeders’ Cup Distaff) worth $2 million. And on November 6th, there will be eight races headlined by the $5 million Breeders’ Cup Classic (G1) at 1 1/4 miles.
